FAQ

  • How long does it take to deliver my order?  Assuming we have all items in inventory, we are delivering 1-3 days from the time you ordered.  You will receive an email letting you know the delivery date/time.  If that time is not good for you, either request a different date/time or leave a cooler outside your door and we will leave the products in the cooler.
  • Why can't I have my order delivered immediately?  Most of the time we have all the items in inventory and we can delivery immediately.  However, we work with multiple farms and it could take us a couple of days to get items from them.  
  • If I order products from different farms will they be delivered at the same time?  Yes.  We will coordinate with each farm to get your products and deliver to you are the same time.  Occasionally, a farm may be out of inventory.  If that occurs we will deliver the product as soon as possible.
  • What happens if I can't be home when you deliver?  We ask that you place a cooler outside your front door and we will place your product in the cooler.
  • What should I do with the insulated brown bag that comes with my delivery?  We ask that you hold onto the brown bag and we will swap it out on the next order.  Just leave it outside your door and when we deliver your next order, we will pick up the brown bag.  
  • If there is a problem with my order, who do I call?  Please call Chris right away.  We want your order to be perfect every time, but we realize we can make mistakes.  If that happens we will correct it immediately.  Chris' cell phone number is 443-812-6900.
